R. Kelly has denied involvement in a tour scam where he profited $130,000. R. Kelly denies participating in this crime and denies knowing Zakwe.
Heres what a spokesman for R. Kelly said:
“There is absolutely no truth to the reports that R. Kelly received money from a South African woman accused of swindling investors by convincing them to invest in a non-existent R. Kelly tour in 2005.”
“Mr Kelly has no knowledge of this woman, has never received any money from her and has not been contacted by any law enforcement authorities regarding the matter. He will, of course, cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation of this matter, since he has nothing to hide.”

Surely R. Kelly does not want to step foot near another court much less talk to another detective, but it looks like he does not have any choice.
R. Kelly is to be questioned in connection to a “tour scam” in South Africa. He has been accused of profiting $130,000 from a tour where he never appeared.
A woman from South Africa, Busiswe Zakwe, allegedly the promoter for this fake tour was arrested for allegedly scamming investors out of thousands of dollars, by promising them they would benefit from ticket sales if they brought an R. Kelly tour to the country in 2005. Well, oddly enough, Zakwe claims she deposited the money into R. Kelly’s account, but R. Kelly never appeared for this concert.
Now it gets a little sticky!

Despite the overwhelming amount of evidence including the infamous video tape, R. Kelly has been found not guilty.
I would have never thought R. Kelly would have gotten off this easy, maybe a mistrial but not a “not guilty”. This has been a highly publicized case involving a wealthy celebrity allegedly preying on young girl, but now has been legally found innocent. Whether it was really R. Kelly or not the world will never know, but I guarantee the two in the video and the court know for sure.
I wonder if the world will enjoy R Kelly’s “baby making” music the same. Just a thought.

Can you say courtroom vixen? It appears Lisa Van Allen has proven to be the final nail in the coffin for R. Kelly.
Lisa Van Allen testifed she and R. Kelly got down and dirty on video with the alleged victim on his personal basketball court in Chicago when she was only 17 years old. She also stated that they “did it” in his log cabin-ish basement.
Van Allen also revealed that she sold the tape that they made back to R. Kelly’s manager for $20,000.
I don’t know about everybody else, but she reminds me of Taraji P. Henson’s character that she played in Common’s video, “Testify”. Out of nowhere she shows up with all the goods on R. Kelly and then admits she sold R. Kelly back the video that they made together. I’m just saying!
The defense has the floor today.

Kellz lawyers continue to deny that he is in the sex tape and insists the man in the video has physical characteristics that are different from Kellz. The defense points out that Kellz has a distinctive mole on his back and the man in the video does not. Wow!
The young girl now a woman, 23 years old also maintains she is not that 13 year old girl involved in the footage and Kellz attorneys backs up her claims.
“According to TMZ, they told jurors the female in the sex video wasn’t the “sweet and nice” girl they knew, because “the woman in this tape is a prostitute.”
I guess this will be a hell of a trial. Nobody was in the video, they may as well say they don’t know each other and never heard of each other in this life.
