Lil Wayne was no show in court. According to Lil Wayne’s attorney he had some type of medical procedure done. His appearance in court was in connection to the drug charges from an arrest earlier this year.

While Lil Wayne did not appear in court, DMX plead guilty to drug charges, Wednesday, August 27 as a part of a plea deal, according to TMZ.

DMX was slapped with time served and a $483 fine and was released from a Miami jail.

DJ Vlad filed a $4 million lawsuit against Rick Ross in New York Friday (August 15). In the lawsuit, DJ Vlad accusing Rick Ross of assault and battery.DJ Vlad is seeking $2 million in compensatory damages and $2 million in punitive damages in the lawsuit.

Rick Ross is said to have orchestrated this beat down in connection to an interview DJ Vlad posted on youtube, in which he discusses Ross’ past as a CO via an interview with the Clipse and linking to a widely distributed interview with incarcerated drug dealer “Freeway” Ricky Ross who the rapper appropriated as a stage identity.

The alleged assault took place at the 3rd Annual Ozone Awards, August 11, 2008.

And Dwayne Wade is riding hide one minute and being sued the next. Wade is being sued for $25 million by two businessmen who said they contributed money to the development of a restaurant chain bearing his name, but the problem is D. Wade did not promote the venues as set out in the agreement.

DMX was arrested Thursday (August 14) afternoon shopping trip in Miami, Florida. I don’t think DMX should have been shopping for clothes, he should have been shopping for lawyer, bail bondsman need I say more.

Earl Simmons aka DMX was handcuffed as he left a Wal-Mart Store.

He was arrested after a warrant was issued for him Tuesday, August 12, after missing a court date on Tuesday stemming from drug charges in Arizona.

Charles Kozelka, DMX’s lawyer tells TMZ he was in the process of working out a self-surrender when police spotted him in Miami.

The precious just don’t know what to do what himself.

DMX was arrested for the fifth time this year, on allegations of identity theft.

DMX aka Earl Simmons was arrested by police in Phoenix, Arizona on July 19 (Saturday) on suspicion of giving false name (Troy Jones) and social security number to a hospital, so that he can avoid paying his medical expenses.

He accumulated $7,500 worth of medical bills at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, in April.

The judges need to stop letting him out of jail because in a matter of a week or in some cases days he lands right back in there. Either the judge is throwed off or DMX has some damn good lawyers. I’m just saying!
