Rapper The Game has been accused of kicking off a “telephone flash mob” by posting a tweet that including the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department telephone number on Friday August 12. The high volume of phone calls that hit Sheriff’s department causing the phone lines to be jammed for two hours and no emergency calls were able to get through.
The local authorities have opened an investigation into this incident.
Game don’t seem too concerned about the investigation. He tweeted, “Y’all can track a tweet down but cant solve murders. Dat was and accident but maybe now yall can actually do yall job! P.S. who killed Biggie & Pac?”

Jay Z and Kanye West released a new video for their single, “Otis” off of their collaboration album, Watch The Throne. Directed by Spike Jonze, the video opens with Jay Z and Kanye West dismantling a $300,000.00 Maybach.
The transformation of that Maybach was rather shocking, but when you think about it $300k is nothing when you are rich. Please don’t have a cow, Jay and Yeezy do plan to auction the car off and will donate the proceeds to East African Drought Disaster.

After the recent, release of Jay Z and Kanye West’s successful collaboration album, Watch The Throne, Birdman confirmed with XXL magazine, Lil Wayne and Drake are set to release a collaboration project.
The project will be more youthful in comparison to Watch The Throne.
“It’s older versus younger,” Birdman said. “I listened to a few songs [off Watch the Throne], and it feels like an older feel to me. I think with Drake and Wayne, they young, they young cats. You got 23 and 28. Then you got Jay-Z and them, who are older and really on their way out the game. Then you got Wayne and Drake and them, who are still youthful to the game. So it’s two different types of music all the way across the board.” [MTV]
I believe older vs. younger is relative; Watch The Throne was undeniably a work of art. Weezy and Drizzy will do what they do best and please their fans. What can I say, they are two of the hottest rappers in the game right now.
The upcoming project does not have title or a release date yet.
Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV is set to be released August 29; and Drake’s Take Care will be released October 24.

Cee Lo drops a new video for “Cry Baby”, a song off of his latest album Lady Killer. Jaleel White better known to some of as Steve Urkel (Family Matters) stars as Cee Lo Green.
In 50-ish era video, Jaleel White breaks up with his girlfriend on the stoup and then breaks out into a song and dance. He lip sings through out, not missing beat and White has come a long ways since Urkel.
While Cee Lo made no appearance in the video, I still enjoyed it.

While performing in West Orange, NJ at Club 4Sixty6 Sunday (Aug 7), Kelly Rowland had a costume malfuntion – to be more specific double nip slip.
She was wearing a very sexy dominatrix-like top on that was rather revealing. Rowland was in the middle of a dance sequence when the nip slip occurred.

Lucky for her she realized the blunder within seconds, and she adjusted her top. Later that night she addressed the nip slip on Twitter with a humorous tweet, “New Jersey crowd was amazing!!! hope you enjoyed the show and didn’t mind the peekaboo LOL!!! #kanyeshrug #stuffhappens.”
