Grammy 2011 Recap: Cee Lo x Gwyneth Paltrow Perform “Forget You”
OMG, I have to say, Cee Lo and Gwyneth Paltrow literally stole the show with their performance of “Forget You” commonly known to us all as “F*ck You”.
I did not know Gwyneth could sing, unless I missed the memo. Sorry Gwynny!
And of course Cee Lo was in true form, costume and all. I was speechless.
Cee Lo and Paltrow’s performance quickly put my doubts to rest. I love him!

Feb82011Trey Songz Sued by D.C. Production Co. + “6 Foot 7 Foot Freestyle”
R&B singer Trey Songz has been slapped with a $18 million lawsuit, filed by a Washington D.C. production company.
The suit was filed in New York on Feb. 2. The production company, Doc Mob Records, iHip Hop Music and Derrick Price claims Milton James aka Tony Scales was hired to produce to track under their label.
James at some point collaborates with Kane Beatz to fine tune the production on “Bottoms Up”.
“Passion, Pleasure and Pain” did not include credits for Derrick Price.
Many attempts by Doc Mob Records to reach out to Atlantic Records, including sending several cease and desist letters fell on def ears and apparently the letters were file 13.
Trigger was not the only party named in this suit, Kodak – yes the mega camera company – was included in this suit because they used the track in its SoKodak campaign.
Others named in this lawsuit are Atlantic Records, producer Kane Beatz and manager Gee Robertson.
On a much lighter note, check out Trey Songz, new song “6 Foot 7 Foot Freestyle” (Triggermixx).

Feb62011Michael Named ‘NFL Comeback Player of the Year’
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, Michael Vick has been named “NFL Comeback Player of the Year” by the Associated Press.
Vick is really the poster child of determination and humility, his hard work and efforts have not gone unnoticed. He’s been bestowed this honor in his second season since returning to the NFL after serving a stint in prison for his involvement in a dog fighting ring.

Feb62011Scarface Locked Up, Failure To Pay Child Support
No wonder Scarface has been quiet lately, he’s been locked up since Oct 13, 2010 in Montgomery County, Texas jail with no bail due to failing to pay child support. He’s facing at least four child support cases and undisclosed federal charges filed against him.
Brad Jordan aka Scarface, will need a d@$n good lawyer. After handling his legal troubles in Montgomery County, he will be extradited to St. Louis, Missouri where he will face further charges of failure to pay child support.
The Federal Marshals apparently have been looking for Scarface for quite some time. My question is how can someone like Scarface hide? For goodness sake he just dropped a mixtape last year. SMH
In one of the child support cases, Face was not aware he was the father of the child until a recent paternity test revealed he was the father.
There have not been any formal statements from Scarface or any persons speaking on his behalf.
