T.I. & Tiny’s 2010 Wedding Plans + Which Rapper Changes Alias?

T.I. and his long time girlfriend Tiny have confirmed a wedding is in the works for this year (2010).

“There are wedding plans coming soon, sometime this year,” she said. “Not too big, ’cause I want it to be as private as possible. There’ve been a million rumors about us getting married. It’s taking away from the day that we really do get married, so I just want to kind of have that moment for myself.” [TheBoomBox]

The couple have remained committed to one another through out several years of dating and during T.I.’s prison sentence. He was recently transferred to a halfway house to complete his sentence and should be released March 26.

I can see these two, together for years to come.

And in other news, Atlanta rapper, Young Jeezy has officially dropped “Young” from his alias and only wants to be referred to as Jeezy. At the ripe old age of 32 years old, according to Rap-Up.com, he’s just not feeling “Young” anymore.

The first time the change appeared was in the credits to Rihanna’s “Hard”, but it only became official on his single “Lose My Mind” off his upcoming album, Thug Motivation 103.

I think this move was a move in the right direction. I can’t really remember the last time I referred to Jeezy as “Young Jeezy” in a conversation. *shrugs*
