Actress/singer Brandy and her brother, Ray J were spotted in Los Angeles headed to the House of Blues Sunset Strip, Friday (Jan 29) in West Hollywood.

While Ray J, gets the side eye from me, Brandy gets a thumbs up for her sexy black romper suit.
