Russell Simmons Lands A Reality Show On Oxygen Network
Russell Simmons has landed a new reality show, The Russell Simmons Project through the Oxygen Network.
The reality show will follow Simmons’ female assistants who manage the challenges of juggling business deals while maintaining a balanced personal life.
Uh yeah, this cast will be mostly female which sets The Russell Simmons Project apart from other assistant reality show.
“Russell Simmons is a fascinating man and seeing his world through the eyes of his dream team comprised of strong, passionate women provides a unique experience for our viewers,” explained Oxygen Senior VP Amy Introcaso-Davis. “We’re excited to team up with Russell on this project and shine the spotlight on his core group that are living the dream alongside him.” [AllHipHop]
There isn’t a set date for the reality show to air, however some sources do state it is to air sometime in 2010.
