You Wanna Know How Tyra Banks Lost 30 Pounds?
Former super model turned talk show host, Tyra Banks had put on the pounds after retiring from the catwalk. The tabloids had plastered pictures of Banks on the front pages of her in swim suits or looking noticably heavier in 2007.
Anyhoo, Banks took to the small screen during her talk show and pretty much told the negative people to “Kiss My Fat Ass”.
Well recently Tyra revealed she had longtime stomachaches that were a result of having bad eating habits. “I would get major attacks. I would be in bed for days, it was so painful.”
To remedy her problems with the help of her nutritionist Heather Bauer, Banks re-evaluated her eating habits by keeping a food diary. Took control of her eating habits.
“I switched up my unhealthy eating habits for healthier eating habits, and I haven’t had a tummy attack since December 2008,” she said.
As a result of changing her eating habits Banks has lost 30 pounds.
“I feel good about my curves and my imperfections — my booty, my boobs, my thighs — I embrace it all,” she said. “Now I really can say…kiss my fat — and still fat –ass.”
Both Tyra and nutrionist Bauer suggest writing down everything you eat and learning what works for you.
