Photo: Pacific Coast NewsBoy these two are not having much luck in the lawsuit department, just a couple of weeks ago Black Eyed Pea was sued by a former employee, now this.
Grounded Music has filed a suit against Will.i.am and Fergie of the mega group Black Eyed Peas for copyright infringement. The company alleges Fergie’s song “Voodoo Doll” off of her last album, The Duchess was ripped from “Waterfall” by Groundation.
Grounded Music is suing for unspecified damages and is requesting a trial by jury.

Photo: Fame PicturesActress Halle Berry has been rumored to be pregnant with her second for a couple weeks. In a recent appearance on The Jay Leno Show, Berry adamantly denied all rumors of her being pregnant, shortly after Jay Leno complimented her on how fabulous she looked.
“You know, thank you for that, Jay, because that must mean that pregnancy rumors can be put to bed!”
Berry laughs, “I was getting a complex! Because I was like, I’ve got to stop with the burgers or something!”
There you have it, no bun in the oven.

“Now You See It” is a track off of his upcoming album, “Rebel Music” which is was due out the summer of 2009. I can’t find much more information on the album and release date.
Otherwise, I totally love the song. It’s upbeat and dance worthy.

Singer Monica will be featured in the October 2009 edition of Sister 2 Sister magazine. In this issue she speaks about her family, music and upcoming reality show debuting on BET in October.
Monica and Rocko look like such a picture perfect family and trust these are in love.
Jamie: You and Rocko, you all were separated for a while?
Monica: Yes, we’ve known each other nine years. we were together for four years the first time, then we separated. We realized we wanted to be reunited and have been together this time for four years as well. We both had a lot of learning to do. It wasn’t easy but it was worth it. I had to learn to submit.Jamie: You and I talked about that
Monica: That was hard, especially when you do what I do. I work so hard to prove myself to people-that’s strictly work related-to let them see I know how to speak for myself; I know how to handle my business. I sit in these meetings. I talk for myself. I sell myself for whoever may want to see. “Oh, well, can you sell our product?” “Well, let me tell you why I can.” And you get to the point where you’re just talking at home when you shouldn’t be. So I just learned to submit and let him be head of the household.

Songwriter, producer and Houston native, Bryan Michael Cox will be inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. I spotted this bit of information on Jermaine Dupri’s website, Global14.com.
Cox got his start professionally with Beyonce and Kelly back when they were in high school together. He has gone on to work on projects with the likes of Destiny’s Child, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey and more.
And he has won four grammy awards.
Cox is still hard at work, he reportedly is working with Usher and Monica on their upcoming projects. Also, he is a member of the Oceans Seven, “Rat Pack” inspired group formed by Jermaine Dupri.
Needless to say he is busy, writing, producing and of course living the life and having fun.

That rumor was smashed during a recent interview with Bossip.com. Luckett tells the blog, Tank is “just a homeboy…that is it nothing else”.
I’m assuming the rumor probably came about because Luckett and Tank are co-starring in the movie, “Preacher’s Kid”.
