Boy these two are not having much luck in the lawsuit department, just a couple of weeks ago Black Eyed Pea was sued by a former employee, now this.

Grounded Music has filed a suit against Will.i.am and Fergie of the mega group Black Eyed Peas for copyright infringement. The company alleges Fergie’s song “Voodoo Doll” off of her last album, The Duchess was ripped from “Waterfall” by Groundation.

Grounded Music is suing for unspecified damages and is requesting a trial by jury.
