Former Employee Sues Tyra Banks For Unpaid Wages

Talk Show Host/Model Tyra Banks has landed in court once again. Former employee, Richard Thomas filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging Banks failed to pay him $5,820 in unpaid wages.

Thomas is seeking cash for “services rendered as assistant and advisor” to the star according to papers obtained by TMZ.com.

The legal documents state Thomas must ask Banks in person for the outstanding money before filing the lawsuit, but he insists: “I have not been able to catch (Tyra) while she is in.”

No further information has been available about the suit.
