Mel B and Hubby Sues Former Business Partner For $7 Milli

Mel B aka Melanie Brown and hubby, Stephen Belafonte are now suing a former business partner for $7 million alleging fraud, breach of contract and various other alleged offenses in his setting up her new company.
Dan Catullo was brought in to aid Mel B and Belafonte in 2008 to set up a company that would profit off of her “music, touring, merchandising and public appearances”.
Catullo is also accused of backing out of the $2 million deal and defrauded her in manys including allegedly forging Mel B’s signature on financial documents.
