UPDATE: $1 Trillion Lawsuit Against Oprah Dismissed

The judge dismissed this ridiculous lawsuit filed against Oprah Winfrey by Damon Lloyd Goffe seeking $1 trillion.

Goffe claimed Oprah copied his book, A Tome of Poetry. The National Enquirer first reported this story last week.

Apparently Oprah had no idea she was being sued until the case had been dismissed.
