
Chris Brown, 20, is scheduled to be sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community labor. More than likely, he will be allowed to serve his probation in his home state Virginia.
The judge wants to see to it that while Brown is on probation he performs tasks such as graffiti removal and roadside cleanup.
Rihanna’s attorney was set to appear in court for Brown’s sentencing, where he was to request the restraining order to be lifted. Rihanna concerns were the terms of the order were too restrictive.
Instead Rihanna’s attorney, Donald Etra, will request that it be replaced with a new order that prohibits Brown from harassing, annoying or molesting Rihanna.
