Atlanta based R&B Jagged Edge has decided close the door on any idea of reuniting with longtime producer Jermaine Dupri to work on any of their future projects. The guys of Jagged Edge (Brian and Brandon Casey (twins), Kyle Norman and Richard Wingo) insist the relationship has run its course, no bad feelings.
Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def can be credited to their early success in the mid 90′s.

Jagged Edge recently agreed to a new deal with Slip-N-Slide Records for the release of their upcoming album, The Remedy and singer Brian Casey reveals the group’s professional relationship with Dupri is now over for good. However, he insists the split is amicable.
Brian Casey reveals for obvious reasons Dupri will not be contributing the group’s upcoming project, “No. I usually like to leave the door open for questions like that, but I’m going to go ahead and close that door. No, we’re not working with Jermaine.”
He goes on to insist there is no beef with Jermaine Dupri, “I’m not really looking to ever work with Jermaine again. It’s not beef. It’s no love lost. I just think we’re on two different pages and that’s fine. He can be where he’s at and we can be where we’re heading.”
Jagged Edge’s last studio album, Baby Makin’ Project
Latest project, The Remedy, the group’s first release on Slip-N-Slide Records and their own FIVE 81 Records.
