Jay Z’s literary agent, Matthew Guma was in the final stages of negotiations on what was rumored to be a three book deal with Spiegal & Grau, imprint of Random House publishing company.
According to SixShot.com, Jay Z revealed in a recent interview with V103′s Ryan Cameron some details about his first book.
“The name of the [book] is called Decoded. Its called Decoded because I’m going to decode all the lyrics from my records. I’m going to pick the select ones and reveal the double entendres that people may have missed or may have got and want confrimation on it.”
No word whether what started off as a rumor of a three book deal has actually turned into only one book.
Jay Z recently had to reschedule a show he was booked to perform in Atlanta, due to bad weather.
