Brandy Settles Lawsuit With Survivor Of 2006 Car Accident

Brandy has settled the lawsuit filed by a survivor, Mallory Ham, of her fatal 2006 car accident.

Ham was survived this near fatal accident with facial injuries with a severely broken nose.

Brandy actually counter sued Ham, claiming Ham was the individual who caused the accident. However, as we learned today, Ham settled for an undisclosed amount

No criminal charges were brought against Brandy, who was later determined by investigations by the police that Brandy did cause the accident.
