Willie D Pleads Not Guilty

Rapper William James Dennis aka Willie D has pleaded not guilty to the 15 counts of wire fraud for allegedly running a scam selling Apple iPhones.
Willie D was indicted on last month (June) on 15 counts of wire fraud by a grand jury, after he was arrested at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas on May 13.
Allegedly Willie D conducted an ellaborate scam of selling Apple iPhones on eBay.com through a company, Texas One Wireless. Once the buyer became interested in purchasing the phones he would direct them contact him outside of eBay via email and once the funds were transferred to his personal account, the buyer would allegedly receive a fake tracking number.
The victim would never receive the product or refund. Communication with Willie D would end.
If Wille D is convicted he could face upto 20 years in prison.
Wille D will appear in court on July 27.
