Rihanna In Trouble For Illegal Tattooing

Rihanna may have taken her love for tattoos too far. She allegedly tattooed a few of the tattoo artists at a New York City tattoo parlor, East Side Ink, on Wednesday (July 1).

Reportedly, Rihanna showed up at the parlor with a few friends and a bodyguard in tow. After laughing and socialing with the her long time tattoo artist BangBang, at some point he wanted her to tattoo him and so did a could other tattoo artists.

According to MTV, someone from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Thursday, July 2, to investigate the incident. Upon investigation the department will then determine if they will press charges against Rih Rih.

If any charges are filed, Rihanna could face $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1000 for the third offense. And as for East Side Ink they could face fines if an investigation is opened.

OMG, I am sure the tattoo artist and the owner of the parlor knew Rihanna should not tattoo them, so why not investigate them and East Side Ink, instead of trying to fine Rih Rih. Nit pick about the littlest of things.
