Tameka Foster-Raymond Best Friend Comes To Her Defense
Tameka Foster-Raymond’s best friend, Nyeisha DeWitt of 20 plus years decides to speak out about the rumors surrounding Tameka and Usher’s marriage and pending divorce. DeWitt was sadden by so many blogs and website painting her best friend as a gold digger and lying about details pertaining to the couple’s relationship. DeWitt spoke with Essence.com to disspell some of the rumors and provide some facts.
ESSENCE.COM: Is it true she first learned that Usher filed for divorce after reading about it?
DEWITT: She didn’t know that he was going to file. Of course, she knew that there were challenges in their relationship and had been some discord since March and was aware there were some things that needed to be worked through. But did she know that divorce was imminent? No. It was a total surprise.ESSENCE.COM: To your knowledge, is it true that they’ve been separated for the past year?
DEWITT: That’s not true and there’s proof of that if people would take the time to do their research. I was at her birthday party that he hosted in Las Vegas this past January and he flew in all of her family and close friends to celebrate. When I read that people were reporting they’d been separated for a year I’m thinking, That’s insane!, because that would mean he left her when she was two months pregnant with Naviyd, and Usher Raymond, V, was only five months old.

UPDATE 1: Michael Jackson’s autopsy is underway. The results of the autopsy is due sometime today. Also, his doctor who was thought to be at one time missing, is not missing, authorities have identified him and only want to speak with him.
Musical legend, Michael Jackson was reported dead as a result of what appeared to be cardiac arrest, Thursday, June 25 in Los Angeles at UCLA Medical Center.
Jackson was found unconscious and not breathing. Members of his staff called 911 and attempted to perform CPR until the paramedics arrived, where the ambulance rushed Jackson to the UCLA Medical Center -where he was pronounced dead.
By all accounts from his trainer, Lou Ferrigno is shocked by the sudden death of Jackson, because he had been training with Michael Jackson for the upcoming 50 show series at O2 Arena London. Ferrigno did not speak of any obvious health issues of Jackson, in fact he was preparing to fly back to Los Angeles to train with Michael Jackson the next day.
For a while Michael Jackson’s health had been rumored to have a variety of illnesses including lung diseases, skin cancer, other physical problems and alleged addiction to painkillers. None of these rumors were ever been confirmed and maybe some were even briefly addressed however, despite the rumors, Michael Jackson, 50, planned to make a career comeback with the 50 show series.
Unfortunately, he will never be able to step on that stage one last time to hear the applause and cheers that could have launched his musical comeback. Some say the stage was the only place he felt safe and free.
The autopsy for Michael Jackson has been expedited and word is there could be an answer for cause of death as early as Friday, June 25, at noon.

Jun252009L ‘Oreal Loses Discrimination Suit
L’Oreal has been found guilty of racial discrimination by France’s highest court. In the suit, there were claims Garnier L’Oreal specifically looked for an all white sales team for their line of styling products, because they deemed Black, Arab, and Asian women unworthy of selling its shampoo. Also there were claims, when this company recruited new staff, they only want “BBR” (which meant bleu, blanc, rouge – colors of French flag), those with purely French heritage; and a faxed memo confirmed this allegation “all Garnier hostesses should be 18-22 wear size 38-42 and be “BBR”; and employees were encouraged to favor white staff.
This was a three year legal battle, which ended with Loreal being found guilty of racial dicrimination which is a violation of employment laws and fined 30,000 Euro and another 30,000 in damages.

Michael Jackson was transported to UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering a heart attack. 911 was called and once the paramedics arrived he was not breathing and he had no pulse according to various sources.
Reportedly the paramedics continued to work on him in route to the hospital, however he was unresponsive.
According to TMZ, the 50 year old King of Pop has died.

According to TMZ.com, the judge on the case on vacation and the substitute judge was not trying to hear it.
A hearing is set for July 21. Kelis is asking for $3,500 for a baby nurse, 20,000 for strollers, cribs and stuff, etc. But here’s the snag. Kelis may be in labor during the hearing. And she needs money badly. So her lawyer went to court asking to move the hearing date up. Sadly for Kelis, the judge was on vacation and the substitute judge wouldn’t mess with the court calendar.
~TMZ~Can she get some sympathy? She’s pregnant for goodness sake!
Jun252009Evander Holyfield Facing Foreclosure Again
Evander Holyfield and his estate is back in the news again, he is endanger of losing his home 109 room Fairburn mansion in Fayette County, Georgia. The lienholder is calling in the $10 million loan and if Holyfield is unable to pay in full the estate is set to be auctioned July 7 on the steps of the Fayette County courthouse.
This is the second time within a year, Holyfield had faced foreclosure.
Holyfield’s second home also in Fayette County, at 592 and 596 West Bridge Road, is under foreclosure, with an original loan amount of $216,000.
It seems Evander has fallen on hard times. Another victim of the recession!!
