UPDATE: Michael Jackson’s Autopsy Report….FAKE
The Los Angeles Coroner’s Office completed the first autopsy, Friday, June 26, and they revealed the autopsy report was inconclusive pending additional toxicology reports which could take up to six to eight weeks. Recently information was reported at various media outlets, claiming to reveal details of the autopsy report.
According to TMZ, the information is false.
We’ve learned the story making the rounds detailing the terrible condition of Michael Jackson’s body is a fake. A report in The Sun gave harrowing details of the body, but we’ve learned the “autopsy report” was fabricated and completely false.
UPDATE: The Los Angeles County coroner just released the following statement:
“The report that is being published did not come from this office. I don’t know where the information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false.”
~TMZ~I was so hoping the information on that alleged report was false, the details were so horrific. I couldn’t imagined all of it being true.
Jun292009Katherine Jackson Files For Guardianship Of Michael Jackson’s Children
UPDATE: Katherine Jackson has been granted temporary guardianship over Michael Jackson’s three children, however her request for temporary guardianship of their estates was denied.A date has been set for Aug. 3 to determine permanent guardianship.
Word is Katherine Jackson has officially filed for a petition Monday asking the court to appoint her as guardian of Michael Jackson’s three children. The petition cites the biological mother, Debbie Rowe does not have “no relationship with their biological mother”.
Recently other sources revealed that Janet Jackson was appointed the executor of Michael Jackson’s estate, however it appears Katherine has also petitioned the court to take over the children’s estate, the value of the children’s estate is unknown at this point.
There has not been any discussion of whether or not Michael Jackson left a will. I believe he did because Janet Jackson was appointed the executor unless the courts appointed her.
Anyhoo, a hearing has been set for August 3, as to the guardianship of Jackson’s children.

LeToya Luckett rocked the stage at the BET Awards during Pre-Awards show. She looked at home on the stage and her back up dancers tore it up with those pumps.
The show was not the best episode of BET Awards, however, it was the most memorable because the show was dedicated to Michael Jackson whom we lost, Thursday, June 25.
Jamie Foxx hosted this show, and when he was not humoring us, he was pitching his upcoming tour and OMG, I believe I speak for a lot of folks, Jamie went overboard with the “pitch”. I think Jamie performed more than everybody, matter of fact I know he did, I lost count after the third time. LOL

Michael Jackson’s cardiologist, Dr. Conrad Murray is going through some hard times. The LAPD, had been looking for Murray to question him in connection to the events that led up to Michael Jackson’s death.
To make matters worst, KPRC Local 2, has confirmed that Murray, who practices in Houston at Acres Home Heart and Vascular Institute, has been hit with at least two lawsuits. He is being sued by Rogers Northwest Inc., medical equipment company and Popular Leasing USA, also an equipment leasing company. Popular Leasing USA has won it’s judgment against Murray and currently seeking to have the judgment enforced in Harris County, Texas.
Murray’s attorney, Ed Chernoff, has made it perfectly clear, his services were retained Friday, June 26 and the lawsuits have nothing to do with Jackson’s case, but confirms Murray is in deed in financial trouble.
Dr. Conrad Murray has been cooperating with the local authorities in Santa Barbara County, CA.
