Update: Chris Brown & Jay Z BET Drama

Last I reported, there were rumors all over the internet that Jay Z blocked Chris Brown from performing at the 2009 BET Awards. Jay Z allegedly threatened to not perform and pull his wifey, Beyonce from the star studded event. Supposedly, BET had confirmed Chris Brown to be one of the performers in the tribute to Michael Jackson and then suddenly dropped him. Just like that!

According to PageSix, Chris Brown rep denies Jay Z having anything do with Chris Brown not performing and claims Brown was never confirmed to perform.
