Usher recently granted Entertainment Tonight the first interview since he filed for divorce from Tameka Foster-Raymond. He tells ET, “I’d hate for [people] to assume that. If there’s any turmoil, I think it’s managing all of it, but having an incredible team that helps me do that it makes it very easy, or easier than it would normally be attempting to do it myself.”
The details of Usher and Tameka’s marriage has been slowly being revealed. I wouldn’t say anything horrible has been seen or said, however, sources revealed to Us Weekly,”She was alienating and controlling, and he was unhappy.”
However, there has not been any confirmed details of Usher’s infidelity and oddly enough, in the divorce petition no allegations of adultery, it only states there is “no reasonable hope of reconciliation.” Tameka states through her attorney she was a “faithful wife and loving mother” during their marriage.
Foster-Raymond is contesting the divorce and has not responded to the petition.
Usher is seeking joint custody of the couples children, Usher Raymond V, 18 months and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 6 months.
