Update: Usher and Tameka Divorce Details

Usher filed for a divorce from Tameka Foster-Raymond on Friday (June 12) in the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, Georgia. According to the petition the reason for the divorce states, “no reasonable hope of reconciliation”. Prior to the petition for divorce, Usher and Tameka had been separated since July 2008.

Word is, Tameka Foster-Raymond was reportedly shocked about the divorce, however, it did not take her long to lawyer up and get the best lawyer in town. Foster-Raymond’s lawyer, Randall Kessler has not been talking much about the whole situation, but he did state his client was a “faithful wife and loving mother”. He declined to comment on Usher’s conduct during the marriage.

The couple married August 2007 and have two children, Usher Raymond, 18 months old and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 6 months old.
