The nationwide auditions for Diddy’s reality show “I Want To Work For Diddy 2″ will take place this month, which has already begun starting in Los Angeles. There will be other stops in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Irvine (CA), Washington DC and Dallas, Texas.
All of my Texas folks, who are seeking the opportunity to work with Diddy, you will get the chance on May 23, 2009 (4 pm – 6 pm) in Dallas, Texas at the Wish Ultra Lounge, 3001 Knox St.

May82009Kelis Files For Divorce
Another marriage bites the dust. Kelis Rogers filed for a divorce in late April 2009 in Los Angeles after a short separation from Nasir Jones aka Nas. According to court documents, Kelis claims “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Rogers is seeking to have Nas pay attorney’s fees and spousal support.
Kelis is pregnant with the couple’s first which is due July 2009.
The Bonnie and Clyde of hip hop is no more.
May82009T.I. Drops Alfamega/Ashanti Loses Her Tiara
T.I. has dropped rapper Alfamega from his Grand Hustle Records following a published report by SmokingGun.com. The site published claims the Alfamega was an informant for the drug enforcement administration during a trial on a heroin trafficker.
"Even though all our artists and employees are asked by us to be honest and open about their past history, at no time did Alfa disclose to me or Grand Hustle what has now appeared in the media," T.I., born Clifford Harris, said during an interview on Atlanta’s 107.9 radio station. "He essentially deceived us by failing to fully disclose the truth about his past, and there is no place in our organization for dishonest and misleading behavior. As I have always said, you must take responsibility for your own actions. We at Grand Hustle can not support or condone the blaming of others for our own mistakes. I hope and pray to God, bless his savings plans, but I don't foresee me or my company playing a role in his personal or professional business."Source

In other news, word is Irv Gotti is planning to drop Ashanti from his Murder Inc. label.
Here’s what Gotti told MTV.com,
"The relationship has run its course," Gotti explained earlier this week while visiting the MTV offices. "The chemistry of what's needed — we're in two totally different places. You're talking to somebody that took her and shaped and molded her and put her out there for the world, and it blew up. We [hold the record] for the [fastest] selling debut by a female R&B artist — 503 [thousand]. We did it! My views and philosophies and her views and philosophies are not meeting up."
"We don't really speak or talk or anything like that," he continued. "It's sad in a way. But in another, it's like it's all good."
"I don't think she can win. She needs some guidance with that," Gotti added. "But she's not thinking like that. Really, I couldn't tell you what she's thinking. So that relationship has run its course and honestly, I'm gonna just drop her." Source

Nelly is adding cologne and body care to his portfolio. He has partnered up with Romane Fragrance to distribute a new line of perfume and body care products under his urban fashion brand, Apple Bottoms.
The fragrance is "designed to be the perfect compliment to the lifestyle of the Apple Bottoms woman," celebrating the "beauty and the curves we see in our core female demographic," said a press release.
The scent will be launched along with a range of beauty products -- consisting of pearlescent body wash products each retailed at $20 and body lotion products retailed at $22. The Apple Bottoms fragrance will be available in two sizes -- 3.4-oz. retailed at $58 and 1.7-oz. retailed at $48.Source.
What took him so long to jump on the perfume bandwagon, even Halle Berry has perfume now!
Apple Bottom by Nelly fragrance is set to hit the stores nationally Fall 2009.
In other news, while Nelly has been preparing for the launch of his new fragrance, he has also been working on an album. *eyebrows raised*
Are you thinking what I am thinking? After his last album, “Brass Knuckles” bombed in sales I was really anticipating a “Greatest Hits” album. LOL

Jennifer Hudson has been on tour with Robin Thicke for a minute. She’s been singing her heart out literally.
Just when the fans were getting geared up for J Hud and sexy Robin Thicke the unexpected happens. The show that was originally set to go on at 8 pm, Friday [May 8] at the Reliant Arena [Houston, Texas] has been postponed due to J Hud’s vocal chord strain that has forced her to rest.
The show has been moved to May 17 and word is all tickets purchased for the Friday will be honored.

Ms. Keri hit the stage on the David Letterman show. Yeezy joined the “Turnin Me On” star on stage to perform “Knock You Down”. Umm, and Yeezy grabbed him a hand full, check the performance.
