Erykah Badu’s Stalker Caught/Peebles Sued Over Condo Floor
Erykah Badu has to be sleeping a little easier now, since her alleged stalker has been caught. Word is Badu tweeted via Twitter that, “Police just apprehended a stalker in front of my house. Stay tuned to details.”
According to TMZ, Badu was able to make her South by Southwest appearance with Kanye West Saturday, even though an alleged stalker was causing a problem at her home.
This stalker had been at Badu’s residence other times, leaving behind blue shutters, a rabbit, a tucan and a sketch book on the lawn. Ultimately, madam stalker was pepper sprayed and cuffed.
Hmmm! Will this be a repeat performance.
And in other news….
Mario Van Peebles is being sued by Adel Bebaway claiming the condo that Peebles sold her for $1.375 million came with a faulty floor that was not disclosed during the sale. According to the suit that was filed in L.A. County Superior Court by Adel Bebaway, Peebles and his realtor lied about the condition of the Playa del Rey beach property which includes the sloping floor and significant mold in the bathroom.
Bebaway originally purchased the condo in 2007. She is seeking unspecified damages.
