M.I.A. and her fiance, Benjamin Bronfman are new parents to a baby boy. She wrote on her Myspace blog Saturday, February 14, announcing the birth of her son, “healthy, fine, beautiful” and the most amazing thing on this planet. According to NYDailyNews.com, a representative says the couple have declined to release the baby’s name.

After all of these rumors and second information that has been floating around on the net since the alleged assault that took place between Chris Brown and Rihanna, he is finally issuing a statement.
A spokensman on behalf of Chris Brown issued this statement:
"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds."
While this statement does not really confirm, deny or verify a lot information, Brown does seem very remorseful for actions in connection to this incident.

According to FreddyO.com, Lauren London pregnant. About four months pregnant.
"Last night my friend told me that Ms, London is expecting a baby and is 4 months pregnant. Although I cant tell you who the father is, I can say that he is one of the top rappers in the country."
I wonder who this top rapper is. Hmmm!
Could it be Lil Wayne, but the net has been buzzing about his recent engagement to Nivea.

Feb132009Promoter Sues Ne-Yo For Skipping a Show
Ne-Yo is being sued by a Maryland based promoter for failing to show up as promised to perform a gig in Bellevue, Washington.
According to TMZ, Wet Entertainment booked Ne-Yo for a New Year’s Eve gig and paid him $95,000 up front. The organizers said Ne-Yo’s people made it to Washington, but the artist himself never arrived. The show had to be cancelled because Ne-Yo was a no show.
Wet Entertainment is seeking $95,000, plus more than $1 million in damages from the booking company and Ne-Yo who both named in this lawsuit.
Feb132009T.D. Jakes Stepson Arrested For Indecent Exposure
Bishop T.D. Jakes stepson, Jermaine Jakes, 29 was arrested last month after he exposed his genitals to two undercover officers at a public park.
According to various sources, Jermaine Jakes was charged with indecent exposure and released on a personal recognizance bond. Allegedly, Jermaine walked up to one of the detectives at Keist Park on Jan. 3 with his pants unzipped. He then began to masturbate while making eye contact with the detective.
Faith Johnson, attorney for Jermaine Jakes released a statement on Wednesday saying, “We are aware of potential allegations involving Jermaine Jakes and are undertaking our own investigation of these allegations at this time. Given an apparent government investigation, we have no further comment at this time.”
Feb132009More Details Of The Alleged Assault On Rihanna
Word is Rihanna has reportedly told the police she was in an “ongoing and escalating abusive relationship” with Chris Brown. She is believed to have suffered a bloody nose, facial bruising and a split lip after Chris allegedly attacked her in his car on Sunday, February 8, 2009.
The alleged assault on Rihanna was following an argument over a text message Chris Brown received from another girl. When the argument began to escalate, Brown allegedly began to hit Rihanna. She then ordered him to take her home, while faking a phone call to her friend. On this fake call Rihanna said,”He’s dropping me off. Make sure the cops are there.” Rihanna claims the call made Chris even angrier, causing him to shout: “You have f*cked up now. I’m going to kill you.” Then he began to beating her with his fists.
Rihanna supposedly has began to open up about the nature of the violent relationship with Chris Brown.
