Things are looking up for Michael Vick.
Word is yesterday, Michael Vick will be allowed to finish his prison sentence at home because there is no room at a halfway house for him. He had been serving time at a federal prison in Leavenworth, Kansas after pleading guilty in 2007 to bankrolling Bad Newz Kennels in Virginia which turned out to be a dog fighting ring.
Vick is currently serving a 23 month sentence. His lawyers says that due to the halfway house in Newport News, Virginia being full, Vick is expected to be released by May 21 to serve out his term at his Hampton, Va. home. Once he is released he will have to wear an electonic monitoring device at all times, and will be allowed to leave his house only for activities approved by his probation officer according to authorities.
I agree. Murderers don’t catch as much hate as he has. That’s a shame, cause although it was wrong, I just was amazed at all the hate he had with that situation, but a human life would never garner that much attention…Do you, Mike, but be mindful and watchful. Always be focused…
Why should he get ‘special’ treatment because there is ‘NO MORE ROOM IN THE INN’? That SUCKS!!!
SEND HIM TO AN UNDERGROUND CAVE WHERE HE CAN FINISH HIS SENTENCE – NOT HOME!!
I am happy for him that it is almost over.
I am a dog lover but murders do not get slapped as much as he did.
We live in newberry and my sons friend was shot at a dance and killed. No killer found and my son and his friends were not asked any questions.
Good luck Michael do not look back.
