Eddy Curry Slapped With Sexual Harrassment Suit
Oh Eddy! He is in a little trouble.
Recently New York Knicks center Eddy Curry was slapped with a sexual harrassment suit by his former driver, David Kuchinsky. Kuchinsky alleges Curry tried to solicit sex from him. Also according to the plaintiff in this case, Curry allegedly repeatedly approached Kuchinsky “in the nude,” and would allegedly tell him, “Look at me, Dave, look” and “Come and touch it, Dave.”
According to other sources, Kuchinsky was asked to perform tasks that were described as humiliating, these tasks included cleaning up and removing dirty towels that Curry ejaculated into so that his wife would not see them.
Not only is Curry being accused of sexually harrassing his former driver he is also being accused of being a racist. Kuchinsky alleges Curry subjected him to racial discrimination, by yelling racial slurs such as “f*cking Jew”, “cracker”, “white slave”, “white devil” and grandmaster of the KKK”.
OMG, and there is more.
Kuchinsky accuses Curry of pulling a gun on him on two separate occassions to keep him from complaining about how Curry treats him. Allegedly Curry told him on one of these occassions, “Look, I have one in the chamber”.
Mr. Kuchinsky’s attorney, Matthew Bill dares to state, “Instead of paying him, they discrimated against him, figuring that it would keep him there.” “Imagine going into your boss’s office…and he stands up and drops his pants and he asks you take care of him. “Those actions are unacceptable whether it’s in a corporate office or a private home.”
Needless to say, Kuchinsky is seeking $98,000 plus compensatory damages and $68,000 in unpaid wages as well as $25,000 in expenses for which Curry never repaid him.
