Fantasia’s Charlotte, NC Home May Be Auctioned Off

It looks like another celebrity has fallen into the foreclosure trap. Word is Fantasia Barrino, American Idol winner is about to be booted from her Charlotte, North Carolina home.

The 6,232 square foot, 6 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom pond-front mansion located in the community of Bevington Place was purchased in March 2007 for $1.3 million will be sold to the highest bidder on January 12, 2009, if Barrino does not come up with the money that is owed on the property.

I quess on a good note, Fantasia and her daughter Zion will not be in the cold, she does own another home in Charlotte, North Carolina that was purchased in July 2004 for $740,000 and records show it’s not in financial trouble.
