Don Cornelius, 72 was arrested in his Hollywood Hills home he shares with his wife. The Los Angeles police arrested Cornelius on suspicion of domestic violence. He was released on $50,000 bail and ordered to appear in court next month.

The identity of the alleged victim of Cornelius alleged domestic assault is unknown.
