Two Tales of Baby Daddy v. Baby Mama

50 Cent has won the right to see his 11 year old son Marquise every other weekend until the custody trial in family court on October 22, of course we all know this is only round one.

Being that he and Shaniqua Tompkins (Baby Mama) are not getting along and Tompkins has an order of protection which does not allow 50 Cent direct contact with her. So, Tompkins has agreed to drop their son off at the police station in Queens, then 50′s mother or drive will pick up their son.

Meanwhile, Damon Dash is going round and round with his Baby Mama, Linda Williams over custody of their son for the past five years.

Damon Dash has sole and legal custody of their son, Damon Dash Jr. Last week Dash Jr., 16, went to visit his mother at her Long Island home and he has not returned to his father’s home.

Linda Williams was ordered to appear in court with her son, Damon Dash Jr. yesterday in which she did not appear. The judge said if Williams does not show for the hearing tomorrow, there will be a warrant issued for her arrest.

At 16 years old, Damon Dash Jr. is old enough to know who he wants to live with, and according to his court appointed lawyer, Glenn Mitch-Ampel, told the judge that Williams said the boy wants to stay with her. Sounds like some he say she say ish to me.
