Only when you thought everything fabulous in Shaq’s life, the left just dropped.
Alexis Miller aka MaryJane, 23 year old Atlanta based rapper has taken a temporary restraining order out against Shaquille O’Neal as well claiming Shaq has been stalking her as well.
The temporary order was granted Thursday, August 21, which pretty much says that Shaq is not allowed any contact or allowed within 200 yards of Miller or her 19-month-old son.
Allegedly, Shaq has stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm and harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before a hanging up. In a court affidavit, which contained an email from O’Neal that quotes him saying, “I dnt no who the [expletive] ut think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is I gotta make now try me. She me.”
One question, why make those type of threats in an email? Dayum, they will never learn.
Anyhow, supposedly this restraining order was filed after ending an intimate relationship with O’Neal last month. Miller and Shaq’s little affair occurred over the past six to eight months.
Shaq and Miller are scheduled to appear in court September 4.

Omarion clarifies he was not dropped, he was released from Sony/Columbia Records.
During a recent interview he drops some knowledge, explaining the difference between being dropped and released;
I asked to be released. A release is different from a drop. When an artist is dropped, usually they haven't brought any revenue to the company. As you know, I've been with that company for a long time, roughly over six years. Throughout B2K and my solo albums, revenue was still brought in."
And who cares!
Omarion cites his decision to change labels was due to not feeling comfortable at Sony after changes that had happened over the past few years.
Of course, Omarion will be working with Timberland on his next project, and no further information has been revealed about this upcoming album.
And in other news, Omarion has cut his hair. And of you know he put that ish on youtube. Check it!
