Dame’s Missed Mortgage Payments and Bobby’s Sued For Legal Fees – Can They Get A Break?

So the rumors must have some truth to them. At one time rumors were rampant about Damon Dash’s finances, it appeared that he was having financial trouble.

According to Allhiphop.com, Damon Dash is being sued by Eastern Savings Bank, for missing the montly mortgage payments on a couple of Manhattan apartments. In court documents, the entity claims Dash has failed to pay the $78,504 monthly note for the apartments since January.

Ouch! It’s going to be hell catching that note up.

He’s also facing over $10,000 in late fees on the $7.3 million mortgage. And this suit also cites a number of judgments against Dash, including a $2 million tax bill owed to the state of New York $100,000 in federal taxes and $95,000 in unpaid rent to house the offices of Damon Dash Enterprises.

Damon Dash filed a $3.5 million dollar lawsuit against his accountant and former bookkeeper, famed financial advisor Barry Klarberg. Dash accuses Karlberg of mishandling his 2000, 2001,
and 2002 tax returns.

Bobby Brown’s lawyers are suing him for $90,000 in which they claim he owes them in unpaid fees.

According to papers filed in court in a Los Angeles court on August 15, the lawyers claimed Brown utilized their services while married to his ex, Whitney Houston in 2007.

Now where is going to get the money to pay this bill, we all know Bobby’s checks been stop coming in.
