
DJ Vlad filed a $4 million lawsuit against Rick Ross in New York Friday (August 15). In the lawsuit, DJ Vlad accusing Rick Ross of assault and battery.DJ Vlad is seeking $2 million in compensatory damages and $2 million in punitive damages in the lawsuit.
Rick Ross is said to have orchestrated this beat down in connection to an interview DJ Vlad posted on youtube, in which he discusses Ross’ past as a CO via an interview with the Clipse and linking to a widely distributed interview with incarcerated drug dealer “Freeway” Ricky Ross who the rapper appropriated as a stage identity.
The alleged assault took place at the 3rd Annual Ozone Awards, August 11, 2008.

And Dwayne Wade is riding hide one minute and being sued the next. Wade is being sued for $25 million by two businessmen who said they contributed money to the development of a restaurant chain bearing his name, but the problem is D. Wade did not promote the venues as set out in the agreement.

According to Miami Herald, an IRS haa filed a $977,840.91 tax lien May 6, in Miami-Dade County against Lil Wayne, but Wayne’s manager insists that the debt has been taken care of. The lien stemmed from obligations accumulated by Wayne as a teenager, according to his manager Cortez Bryant explains. At this point, a release of lien has not been recorded with the Miami-Dade County.

Previously I reported, Berg and his folks were arrested after a limosine driver filed a complaint with police claiming he got into a dispute with Yung Berg and associates. According to TMZ, the judge has dropped the gun charges because they belong to his security. However Berg will return to court in December to face the menacing and marijuana charges.

And had to save this one for last, DMX will be remain behind bars in Miami jail after a Phoenix judge revoked the bond on the warrant. He will remain in jail until October 2 for a court hearing relating to a drug charge he picked up in Miami in June.
