50 Cent is back in court again. But, for a different reason this time.
50 Cent is suing Taco Bell for allegedly using his name in an advertising campaign without his permission.
In the lawsuit, he accuses Taco Bell of “diluting the value of his good name” by using it in conjunction with its 79-89-99 Cent Why Pay More campaign, thereby fooling customers into thinking he had endorsed the franchise. What?
In an open letter published in June 2008, Taco Bell bosses offered to make a $10,000 donation to a charity of 50 Cent’s choice if he agreed to change his name for one day. Also there were stipulations 50 Cent must stop by one the chain’s restaurants and rap his order at the drive-thru window, using a new moniker, 79 Cent, 89 Cent or 99 Cent.
Apparently, 50 Cent never agreed to the terms of this so called “open letter”, but somehow ended up being the star of Taco Bell’s campaign anyway.
Oh well, this may be the most costly ad campaign Taco Bell has ever ran.

Well, it appears TheSmokingGun.com has confirmed that the rapper, Rick Ross aka William Roberts may have been on the other side of the law, although he denied being a correctional officer.
TheSmokingGun.com has matched the Social Security Number with William Roberts who graduated from the Florida Department of Corrections training academy and was subsequently assigned to Dade County’s South Florida Reception Center in December of 1995. At the time of Roberts employment as a Correctional Officer he was 19 years old, then he later left his position in 1997.
Rick Ross denied in a videotaped interview that it was him and said the picture was photoshoped.
He also told TheSmokingGun.com, “If this sh*t was real don’t you think they would have more specifics, like dates and everything?” Also he said, “Fake pictures are created by the fake, meant to entertain the fake.”
They have more than dates, they got social security numbers. Rick Ross is knee deep in some ish and I would like to see him dig his way out of this sh*t.
Omarosa appeared on Wendy Williams show on Monday, (July 21) where b*tchassness was off the scales.
Omarosa was a guess on “The Wendy Williams Show” to promote her upcoming book. Upon being introduced by Wendy Williams, Omarosa was upset (so she saids) because Wendy Williams introduction was disrespectful and she was not having it. Then, when Williams tries to re-introduce her and speak about her book, Omarosa refusing to let Williams touch the book. Check out the video.
When Williams spoke with The Associated Press she stated, “I wanted to throw her off the set.”
“Omarosa wished her career was my career,” Williams told the AP. “Omarosa is a delusional, D-list, pathetic woman.”
I am not sure what to think of this on air hostile encounter, but I do have some ideas. But I am going to keep those to myself.
But anyway, Wendy Williams says she is done with Omarosa and definitely will not be inviting her back to the show.
“I have no reason to invite Omarosa back to the show,” said Williams. “That’s done. She had her moment.”
