Green Bay Packer, Johnny Ray Jolly Jr. Arrested
Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Johnny Ray Jolly Jr., 25 was arrested July 8 in Houston for possession of at least 200 grams of that “purple stuff” (codeine). He is currently free on $10,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 22.
Packers officials issued a statement, “The Packers are aware of the report involving Johnny Jolly.” This is a legal matter and we still are in the process of gathering information. We have no further comment at this time.”
Johnny Jolly Jr. played football at Forest Brook Sr. High and Texas A & M University where he was selected by the Packers in the 2006 NFL draft.

I don’t know the the revelance of mentioning his high school and college alma mata. Not sure what his selection was in 2006, however, GB looks to regret that draft choice at this time. Again, 1.6 cups of codeine, what was this young man thinking.
