The criminal case filed against J. Prince has been thrown out after he was officially cleared of assault charges July 9.
The Harris County DA dropped the assault charges due to inconsistent statements from witnesses.
The assault charges came about when a local Houston producer, Ronnie Bookman accused J Prince of setting him up to be attacked.
It is also expected the judge will toss out Bookman’s $10 million dollar civil lawsuit against Prince, which accused J Prince of “attempting to eliminate the competition in the Houston Rap and Hip-Hop music business through use of threats, intimidation and violence.”
