Plot To Kill Mike Tyson
A contract for murder was taken out on Mike Tyson’s life after he ordered the killing of the men responsible for murdering his bodyguard, according to witness testimony on Monday.
Originally there was a plot to kill Tyson which was planned to be carried out in the Summer of 2000, two months after the June death of Darryl Baum, who was also accused of shooting 50 Cent nine times in May 2000.
Gang member Shelby Henderson testified in Brooklyn, New York’s Federal Court in the trial against member Abubakr Raheem. Henderson claimed that when he learned of the $50,000 hit that was put on gang members heads, Damion “World” Hardy planned a retaliation.
The plot was not carried out.
Tyson confessed earlier this month, that he will be murdered because as he explains of his many enemies.
“I already expect the worst to happen… I expect one day somebody’ll blow my brains out over some BS. No one gives a s*** about Mike Tyson. Someone accuses me of a horrible crime, others say, ‘Yeah he’s capable of that, Mike probably did it.”
