Wesley Snipes Must Surrender To Jail

Wesley Snipes days of freedom will come to an end on June 3rd if he isn’t granted bail to appeal his federal tax convictions.  In order for Snipes to be granted bail during the appeal, he has to prove he is not a flight risk.

His legal team  are appealing the conviction because they believe the judge gave the jury bad instructions.

Snipes was sentenced to 3 years in prison in April for failing to file his taxes for five years.
