Snoop Dogg’s Legal Battle In The U.K.
Snoop Dogg and his attorney, Phillip Trott has won the support of a second senior immigration judge in the battle to acquire a visa to enter into the U.K.
Snoop Dogg aka Calvin Broadus Jr., was prohibited from entering the U.K. after he was involved in a brawl at Heathrow Airport in April 2006.
The ban was overturned earlier this year by immigration judge Nehar Bird who found there was no evidence the Snoop had been responsible for any public disorder. However, the BBA (Britain’s Border Agency) challenged the decision but it was over ruled on Wednesday when a senior immigration judge George Warr said he did not find that Judge Bird had overlooked evidence or made a material error of law.
Snoop’s attorney, Phillip Trott says he is pleased with the decision but has deemed the court process a waste of time, according to abc4.com.
The Home Office has until April 30 to decide whether to appeal.
