Tyra Banks and her partner Ken Mok will be working together on another currently untitled fashion-magazine reality series.

The CW has ordered eight-episodes of the reality series and will begin production in April for a launch in late spring or summer. The reality series has been described as “The Devil Wears Prada” meets “The Assistant”.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Mok said, “It is a competition show about aspiring assistants looking to become assistant editors at a fashion magazine.” Of course, there will be other tasks that must be done which will ulimately lead up to the winner of the competition landing a job in the fashion industry.

The producers are negotiating with an authentic fashion magazine to host the contestants and the editors to serve as the judge panel.

According to MTV, it has been confirmed Vin Diesel will return as Dominic Toretto in the fourth installment to “The Fast and the Furious”. Diesel is excited about this project.

Paul Walker and Jordana Brewster are also to return in this fourth installment of “Fast and Furious”. The movie is estimated to release in June 2009.

Pitbull and Baby Bash are going on tour together in support of their new albums. The tour will include 13 cities, which will begin in Orlando, Florida on March 15 and ends in San Diego on April.

Pitbull’s latest album “The Boatlift” has sold to date 70,000 copies, wth his hot single, “The Anthem” at No. 31 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart this week.

Bash Bash’s single “Cyclone” featuring T-Pain has already sold more than 1.5 million digital singles, the ringtones has moved well over 1 million and the album has sold 99,000 copies.

Miami rapper, Jacki-O can add author to her list of talents. Jacki-O has written her first book, an urban fiction book called Grown & Gangsta, being released on TRU Publishing. Grown & Gangsta will go on sale in stores on February 15 and is currently available on Amazon.com to be pre-ordered. I might just check this one out.

Bey is one of the hardest working women in the music business. Soapbox moment – I also must say she is a positive image for young girls and women of color. Just step down. Go Bey!!!

Madonna topped the list at $72 million and Gwen Stefani came in close following Beyonce at $26 million. Congratulations to these ladies.

Diddy has put up another billboard in Times Square advertising his new Ciroc Vodka, which was installed at 42nd and Seventh. The billboard advertising his Sean John clothing line had been at Broadwar and 47th Street for about six years. Not that we needed another billboard of Diddy up, but you gotta love it.
