Neverland Ranch Goes Up For Sale

It appears that Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch will be placed for sale at a public auction next month unless Jacko pays more than $24 million owed.

Financial Title Co. has already began the process of preparing to sale the property by filing a notice of a trustee’s sale with the Santa Barbara County Superior Court which at this point sets the auction date for March 19.

Julie Wagner who is a manager at Financial Title Co. confirms Michael Jackson Neverland Ranch is set to go up for auction.

In order to cover the $24 million owed on the Neverland Ranch and additional costs and fees incurred in connection to this property the the asking price could be higher than the $24.5 million than Michael Jackson actually owes on the property. Everything from the estate including the rides, sculptures etc. will be included in the sale of the property.
