No Early Bird Special for Foxy Brown

A Manhattan judge has denied Inga Marchand better known as Foxy Brown early release. Foxy Brown failed to provide medical proof to validate her need to see a specialist in California to repair her cochlear implant. It was alleged the implant was damaged when she was hit by another inmate. Foxy Brown will remain in jail until April 20 and arrange for treatment through the New York City Departments of Correction.
